Yes. We manage permits, inspections, and code compliance for your project so nothing slips through the cracks.
How long do projects usually take?
Timelines vary by scope. As a guide: bathrooms ~3–6 weeks, kitchens ~6–10 weeks, additions/whole-home remodels vary by size. Your estimate includes a projected schedule.
How do change orders work?
Changes are documented and approved in writing before work proceeds. We’ll outline any cost or schedule impacts upfront.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with outside architects/designers or can provide design-assist to finalize plans and selections.
How do you keep job sites clean and safe?
Daily cleanup, protected walkways, dust control where feasible, and OSHA-compliant safety practices.
